Bad Habbit

Recently just some thing goes wrong.
i am awake at night. Just like the night creature.
actually the bed time just changed.
it changed from night time to day time.
it is really bad cos day time i have to be in lab.

maybe i have to try to sleep well before mid night,
so that the bed time would change to normal again.

Hello! Rachana,

It is good that you know it is a bad habbit, I myself hardly notice mine. I experience great effect of deep sleep from mikan/orange juice & hot shower 1h before bed. Maybe it works for you too, how about trying that out? Good luck!

taking juice before sleep is not good for teeth (as i used to saw on TV). if need to take, should brush. otherwise only water is allowable.
